August 11, 2011A 17-year-old former Linn Township boy, who already faces a felony charge for first-degree sexual assault of a child, now faces five additional bail jumping charges and two charges of misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
In total Dylan J. Henze, now of rural Whitewater, has four separate felony files pending in Walworth County Circuit Court.
If convicted of all the felonies, Henze faces up to 90 years imprisonment and $60,000 in fines. |

August 11, 2011Elkhorn — A 30-year-old Genoa City man, who allegedly broke into a neighbor's home and stole a safe containing $8,000 in cash, pleaded not guilty July 8 to several criminal charges.
Ryan J. Kamps, 770 Main St., Apt. 4, faces a felony burglary charge. The felony charge carries a maximum penalty of 12-1/2 years imprisonment and $25,000 in fines.
He also has been charged with misdemeanor counts of theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. |

August 11, 2011Como man faces seventh drunken driving offense
A Lake Como man has been charged with his seventh drunken driving offense since April 2003.
If convicted, Kent L. Halladay, N3090 Robin Road No. 7, faces up to10 years imprisonment and $25,000 in fines. |

August 11, 2011Elkhorn — A 33-year-old Milwaukee man, who robbed the Hooch Hut Liquor Store in Delavan, will spend the next eight years in prison.
Randy W. Fitzgerald also was sentenced to 10 years of extended supervision after he pleaded guilty July 28 to armed robbery with threat of force.

August 11, 2011A 23-year-old Lake Geneva man pleaded guilty Aug. 2 to a felony charge of sexual assault of a child under 16 years of age.
When Jose Alejandro Gonzalez, 108 W. Laurie St., is sentenced Oct. 19 he faces up to 40 years imprisonment.
A codefendant, Jamie A. Serna, 26, also has been charged with felony sexual assault of a child under the age of 16. Serna has pleaded not guilty to the charge and has a jury trial scheduled in September. |

August 11, 2011A 38-year-old Pell Lake man pleaded not guilty Aug. 5 to his seventh-drunken driving offense, which stems from his June 21 arrest in the city of Lake Geneva.
If convicted, Michael R. Hess, W1315 Honeysuckle Road, faces not less than three years imprisonment and not more than 10 years. He also faces a fine of up to $25,000.

August 11, 2011A 33-year-old Genoa City man, who allegedly skipped out on bond five years ago, was taken into custody in July.
Mario R. Martinez-Palacios, of Genoa City, faces felony charges of bail jumping and sexual assault of a child.
If convicted, he faces up to 46 years and $110,000 imprisonment. |
