In total Dylan J. Henze, now of rural Whitewater, has four separate felony files pending in Walworth County Circuit Court.
If convicted of all the felonies, Henze faces up to 90 years imprisonment and $60,000 in fines. |
|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | August 11, 2011Elkhorn — A 30-year-old Genoa City man, who allegedly broke into a neighbor's home and stole a safe containing $8,000 in cash, pleaded not guilty July 8 to several criminal charges.
Ryan J. Kamps, 770 Main St., Apt. 4, faces a felony burglary charge. The felony charge carries a maximum penalty of 12-1/2 years imprisonment and $25,000 in fines.
He also has been charged with misdemeanor counts of theft, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. |

|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | August 11, 2011Elkhorn — A 33-year-old Milwaukee man, who robbed the Hooch Hut Liquor Store in Delavan, will spend the next eight years in prison.
Randy W. Fitzgerald also was sentenced to 10 years of extended supervision after he pleaded guilty July 28 to armed robbery with threat of force.

When Jose Alejandro Gonzalez, 108 W. Laurie St., is sentenced Oct. 19 he faces up to 40 years imprisonment.
A codefendant, Jamie A. Serna, 26, also has been charged with felony sexual assault of a child under the age of 16. Serna has pleaded not guilty to the charge and has a jury trial scheduled in September. |

If convicted, Michael R. Hess, W1315 Honeysuckle Road, faces not less than three years imprisonment and not more than 10 years. He also faces a fine of up to $25,000.
