|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | October 27, 2011A 38-year-old Pell Lake man pleaded guilty Sept. 23 to his seventh-drunken driving offense, which stems from his June 21 arrest in the city of Lake Geneva.
Michael R. Hess, W1315 Honeysuckle Road, was sentenced to 3-1/2 years imprisonment and five years of extended supervision. He also must pay a $600 fine.

|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | October 27, 2011ELKHORN — A 26-year-old Twin Lakes man was sentenced Oct. 19 to four years in a state prison for his role in a June 12, 2009 armed robbery.
Andrew Ballenger also must serve six years of extended supervision and pay restitution in the amount of $217.
Online court records indicate two co-defendants also face felony charges in connection with the robbery. |
|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | October 27, 2011ELKHORN — A registered sex offender who pleaded guilty to two felony burglary charges in Walworth County, which included the theft of an ATM from Lucke's Cantina, won't serve additional prison time for his crimes.
Daniel J. Hodge, 33, of Janesville, already is serving a prison term for burglary charges in Jefferson and Lafayette County.
He also has burglary charges pending in Vernon and Rock counties.  |
|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | October 27, 2011An 18-year-old Lyons man pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to a felony charge of taking a vehicle and driving it without consent and was sentenced to three years of probation.
As a condition of probation, Albert J. Loibl, 1638 Betty Jean Lane, will have to spend three months in jail with work release privileges and complete 75 hours of community service.
Three other felony charges — burglary and two counts of taking and driving a vehicle without consent — and three misdemeanor counts were dismissed but considered during sentencing. |
|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | October 27, 2011ELKHORN — A 19-year-old Geneva Township woman was allegedly singing a song, driving in zig-zag fashion and traveling at about 50 mph on Edwards Boulevard when she crashed her vehicle.
As a result of the accident, a 14-year-old girl was flown Flight For Life to Froedtert Hospital where she was treated for serious injuries.
Sarah R. Wald, N3141 Canary Road, faces three felony charges of reckless driving causing great bodily harm. She also faces a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving causing injury.  |
