Man faces charges for giving drugs to teen girl

ELKHORN — A 54-year-old Linn Township man faces criminal charges after allegedly providing prescription drugs to a 13-year-old girl. Daniel B. Clemens, N1938 Linn Road, faces a felony charge of delivering a prescription drug. If convicted, he faces up to six years imprisonment and $10,000 in fines. On Nov. 18, Deputy District Attorney Joshua Grube said he couldn't comment on the case until after the Dec. 9 preliminary hearing.

Man faces charges after domestic incident

ELKHORN — A 29-year-old Delavan man faces a felony charge after he allegedly threatened to run a woman over with his van and chased her with a knife. Michael D. Hatton, 583 Elmhurst Ave., No. 15, has been charged with felony second-degree reckless endangerment. He also faces two misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct. One of the charges is enhanced because it allegedly involved a dangerous weapon.

Elkhorn man pleads guilty to sexual assault

ELKHORN — A 43-year-old Elkhorn man pleaded guilty Nov. 21 to sexually assaulting a child more than a decade ago. When Ronald J. Vyskocil, 213 W. Sunflower St., is sentenced Feb. 10, he faces up to 40 years imprisonment. Vyskocil also faces three felony charges of first-degree sexual assault of a child in Waukesha County, each of those counts carry a maximum penalty of 40 years imprisonment.

Men plead guilty to armed robbery in Darien

ELKHORN — Three men who robbed a woman at a strip club at gun point have pleaded guilty to the crime in the last month. Issac J. King, 19, Milwaukee; Johnny L. Jones, 19, Glendale; and Xavius O'Neall, 17, Milwaukee all pleaded guilty to a felony count of armed robbery. When each of them are sentenced, they each face up to 40 years imprisonment and $100,000 in fines.

Texas man guilty of exposing himself online to 13-year-old girl

Elkhorn — A 22-year-old Texas man faces up to six years imprisonment after he had sexually explicit chats on Skype with a girl, who at the time was 13. The criminal complaint states the Texas man and girl exchanged explicit photos and videos. Police were able to find the Texas man after using a subpoena to locate the man's IP address. That man, Kirby D. Dunkin, now of Plano, pleaded guilty in Walworth County Circuit Court to a felony count of causing a child to view or listen to sexual activity.

Tennessee truck driver receives 'stayed' sentence

Elkhorn — A Tennessee truck driver, who pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle with the use of a controlled substance, was given a chance to avoid prison during a Nov. 18 sentencing hearing. William A. Cobb, 49, of Lewisburg, Tenn., was given a 10-year imposed, but stayed prison sentence, which means he will only serve the prison sentence if he violates the terms of his 10-year probation. On April 27, Cobb lost control of his semitruck on Highway 12 and drove into a ditch. After the crash, Gene E. Moshier, Cobb's father-in-law, was partially ejected from the semi and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Walworth man allegedly pawned stolen goods

WALWORTH — A 21-year-old Walworth man faces criminal charges after he allegedly sold stolen jewelry to a "Cash for Gold" store in Illinois. Vincent J. Russo, W6816 Brick Church Road, has been charged with felony receiving stolen property and faces up to 3-1/2 years imprisonment and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint:
