Woman allegedly stole from downtown businesses, sold items on eBay

December 29, 2011
A 50-year-old town of LaGrange woman faces a felony charge after sold allegedly stole items from Lake Geneva businesses and sold them on eBay. Brenda K. Graff, W5928 Mariner Hills Ct., has been charged with felony retail theft. If convicted, she faces up to 3-1/2 years imprisonment and $10,000 in fines.

Man receives three years on seventh OWI

December 29, 2011
A 52-year-old Linn Township man was sentenced Dec. 27 to three years in prison after he pleaded guilty to his seventh drunken driving offense. Ricky A. Coss, W3236 Willow Road, also was sentenced to five years of extended supervision and must pay a $600 fine. According to the criminal complaint:
