Randy L. Ruegg, 1123 Sheridan Road, has been charged with two felony counts of forgery of an official certification.
If convicted, he faces up to 12 years imprisonment and $20,000 in fines. |

During the incident, the man was downstairs, and his girlfriend and baby were upstairs.
Adrian Valadez, 23, 328 1/2 E. Walworth Ave., Apt. 4, Delavan, has been charged with attempted armed robbery, armed burglary, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, two counts of false imprisonment with the use of a dangerous weapon and a misdemeanor charge of battery.  |
|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | September 20, 2012SUGAR CREEK — A 40-year-old man was arrested Sept. 22 after his pit bulls attacked two Walworth County Sheriff's deputies as they attempted to take him into custody.
Daniel White was arrested and charges against him have been referred to the Walworth County's District Attorney's Office for trespassing, battery to a police officer, resisting arrest, failure to comply with an officer and disorderly conduct.
At about 12:38 p.m., Walworth County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a report of disorderly man who was on a woman's property at Oak Lane in the town of Sugar Creek. The 56-year-old woman alleges that White made threatening comments to two juvenile girls that were on her property.  |

|  | | |  | | (click for larger version) | September 20, 2012ELKHORN — The Bloomfield Township couple accused of multiple counts of child abuse against their adopted children pleaded not guilty Sept. 19 to all of the charges, and their attorneys want the case dismissed.
The attorneys for Martin, 49, and Kathleen O'Brien, 50, have recently filed motions to dismiss the charges against their clients for violating their right to due process.
Assistant District Attorney Diane Donohoo has until Oct. 19 to respond to the motions, and a hearing is set for Nov. 21. |
