Brian C. Chapman, 28, Geneva Township, pleaded guilty Jan. 16 to a felony charge of failing to maintain the sex offender registry.

Shaun E. Hillary, 32, has been charged with manufacturing marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place, both charges are as second and subsequent offenses.
If convicted, Hillary faces up to 24 years imprisonment and $35,000 in fines. |

If convicted, Kevin J. Thomas, 43, faces up to 60 years imprisonment.
According to the criminal complaint, on Aug. 14 Thomas touched a 9-year-old boy in a sexual manner.  |

Brandon J. Collins, 5902 Christine Court, also was sentenced to six years of extended supervision.
On Nov. 2 Collins pleaded guilty to felony charges of repeated sexual assault of a child, first-degree sexual assault of a child, second-degree sexual assault of a child and bail jumping.  |

When David L. Burdick, 353 Tyrrell Court, No. 313, is sentenced March 8 he faces up 120 years imprisonment.
Burdick knew the alleged victims, who were 4 and 8 when the assaults began.  |
