A 31-year-old Madison man is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old Walworth County girl who he met online.
Andrew J. Hying, 754 Engelhart Drive, has been charged with sexual assault of a child who is under 16 years of age.
If convicted, he faces up to 25 years imprisonment and 15 years of extended supervision. He also faces up to $100,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
On July 13, police spoke to a 14-year-old girl who said at her home on July 11 she had sex with a man she met on the Internet.
She knew the man by a fake name, and that man was later identified as Hying.
