A town of Delavan man faces felony charges after police allegedly found 62 pot plants in a home he was renting.
Shaun E. Hillary, 32, has been charged with manufacturing marijuana and maintaining a drug trafficking place, both charges are as second and subsequent offenses.
If convicted, Hillary faces up to 24 years imprisonment and $35,000 in fines.
On May 21 police searched a single-family home in the town of Delavan in which Hillary was the sole occupant. In an upstairs room, police found 62 marijuana plants that were between 1 and 3 feet tall.
