December 24, 2013 | 07:52 AMAn 18-year-old Milwaukee man was sent to prison Dec. 12 for four years after he had sex with a 13-year-old girl.
Daniel Tencle-Frias pleaded guilty Oct. 11 to second-degree sexual assault of a child.
A felony charge of repeated sexual assault of a child was dismissed but read into the record. Tencle also was sentenced to four years of extended supervision.
A co-defendant, Oscar Mendoza Tencle, 19, has been charged with second-degree sexual assault of a child. He is set for a jury trial in March.
According to the criminal complaint:
Tencle and Mendoza met the two victims, both 13, on Facebook.
On Jan. 22, one of the girls told an interviewer with the Child's Advocacy Center that she had sex with Mendoza the same day he received a parking ticket for illegally parking in front of her house.
Police interviewed Mendoza who said he had sex with the girl in Lake Geneva the same day he received a parking ticket. Police issued that parking ticket on Jan. 12.
On Jan. 23, the other girl told police that she met Tencle in September and had sex with him three separate times.
Tencle told police that he met the girl before Halloween and had sex with her three times.
