During the past few weeks, Lake Geneva's Sal Dimiceli has been filmed by CNN and CBS and spent time with Black Eyed Peas frontman will.i.am.
But, on Thanksgiving Day tomorrow, he will be seen more locally. The Time Is Now To Help founder is scheduled to appear live on Fox News in Milwaukee during the 8 a.m. hour. Dimiceli said he expects to be interviewed for several minutes.
That isn't all, later that night, CNN also will have a show about where their past heroes are now and is expected to have some video on Dimiceli as well. According to the CNN schedule the show is supposed to air at 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving night, but also will be on at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday, and 2 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Dimiceli is one of 10 finalists for the CNN Heroes of 2011, which will air on Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. The person with the most votes will be named the CNN Hero for 2011 and will receive $250,000. Dimiceli already received $50,000 for making the top 10. You can still vote for your favorite hero by going to the CNN Heroes website.
