Walworth —A man on the Walworth County's Most Wanted fugitives list has been taken into custody after nearly seven years on the run.

In 2003, Jayme A. Manriquez, 34, Delavan, was charged with felony first-degree attempted intentional homicide and first-degree reckless injury after allegedly nearly beating a man to death.

After Manriquez was charged, a friend posted a $5,000 cash bond.

He then allegedly went to Mexico and lived there until he was arrested by Mexican authorities nearly a year ago.
