A 29-year-old Lake Geneva man faces felony charges after he allegedly sexually assaulted girls who were 8 and 10 years old.
Tyrone L. Lipson, 250 Country Club Dr. Unit G, faces felony charges of repeated sexual assault of a child and first-degree sexual assault by having sexual contact with a child under 13.
If convicted of both charges, Lipson faces up to 120 years imprisonment.
According to the criminal complaint:
A woman reported to police that her 8-year-old daughter told her Lipson forced her to perform oral sex on him and that this occurred at least five times.
The 10-year-old girl told a forensic interviewer that Lipson also fondled her.
