A 21-year-old Lake Geneva man faces a felony burglary charge after a man allegedly found him in his home.
If convicted, Michael J. Stang, 1122 Wells St. No. 1, faces up to 12-1/2 years imprisonment.
According to the criminal complaint:
On Aug. 18, police responded to a burglary in progress. A man reported he heard a noise in the upstairs of his home and found a burglar crouching down in the corner of an upstairs room.
