On March 8, a 54-year-old Walworth man was sentenced to two years of probation after he pleaded guilty of possession of heroin with intent to deliver.

Steven D. Adams, 124 Plafield Ct., Apt. A, received a withheld sentence, which means if he violates the terms of his probation the judge can give him a new sentence.

Adams also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
