I am shocked the DA would not proceed with any action when there has been a clear violation of the law. The City of Lake Geneva, and the tax-paying public, has been damaged to the tune of over $100k! We cannot afford this type of mismanagement.
Thank you, Alderwoman Fessenmaier, for looking out for the Lake Geneva taxpayer! I wish we had seven more like you on the city council.
