Mr Bretl has done an excellent job of explaining the requirements that our state legislature has to follow when running meetings and going about their business. I also noted today that the legislature had gone ahead and fixed the budget with a few of the other provisions in the budget repair bill and without the bargaining rights concessions. This shows us that government can be run fair and square.
