Fund Balance isn't cash!

How much is the tax anticipation loan the district gets each year? How much will they need this year? I agree with J. Doyle, walworth - they've hired staff! I wouldn't take a job that they may not be able to afford next year. Does the administrator really think with a $110k deficit this year some miracle will occur (maybe a gov recall) that will dig them out of the bigger hole they'll be in in 2012-2013? Nuts.
