Connor's if he city spends $875,000 on aerial ladder fire truck and $800,000 parking meter kiosk system, a new skate park and new traffic signals downtowns what is your plans for the Hillmoor Property. The City should look at creating a 9 hole municipal course on the City property. It would be self sustaining a theater downtown will not.
