People in Lake Geneva need to come to grips with the reality of life here. Lake Geneva consists of the following boundaries to visitors. The Lake on the south, Geneva street on the north, Center Street on the east and Maxwell Street on the west. That is the business area visitors come to and it will never change. So learn to deal with the constant conjestion of this area. If you want a quiet small town like Genoa City then eliminate all tourist attractions and get ready to pay alot more in taxes to cover all the benefits you now receive from the tourist money. Because no one here is going to want give up anything yet alone pay more for it. Traffic has been a problem for over 50 years that I know of and has never gotten any better. LAKE GENEVA IS A TOURIST AREA. That is what we do here. As for people walking against traffic lights and violating parking and traffic laws. It is not just tourists. I see many local people doing it. So stop blaming all that is wrong on the tourists already.
