I love your ideas and that you are willing to express those to your fellow community members, I hope it inspires more people that live in that community to meet together with elected officials and get a plan to move Pell Lake in a positive direction not only with the lake but in all aspects of progress for the community.
Good Luck, and vote June 5th...your vote is worth tens of millions to some, a life to others, it's our right.
