Deadly Weapon

For those of you saying that a chair is not a deadly weapon, hit someone with a pool cue, according to the courts, that's assault with a deadly weapon. Want to know one of the deadliest weapons in America? A hammer. Someone can be killed with a chair if the assaulter has such intention. And if the guy was assaulting the officer i doubt his intent was to just knock him down and go back to bed, he was out to seriously injure.
