Weed control

The seaweed was bad when I was a kid. I grew up in Pell Lake, and even then (I'm 38) the weeds were awful. Everyone would get together and clean out the seaweed once in a while. It was a great place to swim before the seaweed got so bad. It really needs someone to take care of the lake.
