According to the criminal complaint: Police stopped Halladay's vehicle on July 16 at 12:59 a.m. on Wrigley Drive at Broad Street in the city of Lake Geneva. Halladay refused all field sobriety tests, but police could smell a strong odor of intoxicants and observed that he had urinated in his pants. Halladay's speech was slurred, and his eyes were bloodshot and glassy. Halladay has six prior convictions for drunken driving April 6, 2003; Aug. 21, 2003; July 22, 2006; Nov. 16, 2006; Dec. 19, 2006 and Feb. 25, 2007. |
