Police arrest two in drug bust

ELKHORN — A Delavan woman faces a charge of delivering heroin after she allegedly gave the drug to a woman on Fox Lane in the village of Walworth.

Jeanna M. Rosing, 23, 433 Autumn Drive, faces felony charges of delivering heroin and possession of narcotic drugs, both charges have been elevated to repeater status.

She also has been charged with misdemeanor bail jumping, which is also enhanced to a repeater status.

If convicted of all charges, she faces 22 years imprisonment and $45,000 in fines.

Jennifer E. Sullivan, 25, 252 Fox Lane, also has been charged with possession of narcotic drugs as a repeater.

If convicted, she faces 7-1/2 years imprisonment and $10,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

The Walworth Police Department was called to a residence on Fox Lane in the village of Walworth at the request of a woman's probation agent.

The agent reported finding heroin in the apartment. When police arrived the probation agent turned over a clear plastic make up bag containing five syringes, a plastic cap, Q-tips, straws and bag with heroin in it. Sullivan admitted to police she was using heroin with Rosing.

When police interviewed Sullivan, she said she had used heroin with Rosing multiple times during the past three days.

At that time, Rosing was released on bond for a second-offense drunken driving case.
