As a condition of his supervision, he must pay a $500 fine and reimburse $200 in buy money. If convicted of both counts, Olcott faces up to 18-1/2 years imprisonment and $35,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: The Walworth County Drug Unit worked with a confidential informant to purchase heroin on Aug. 5 and 29 from Olcott. The informant used $200 in drug unit money to make the buy. During both purchases, deputies with the drug unit watched the confidential informant meet with a man and come back out with heroin. The drug was sent to the state crime lab. The substance purchased from Olcott on Aug. 5 tested positive for Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen, a schedule III controlled substance. The substance purchased on Aug. 29 tested positive for heroin. |
