Elizabeth Cox, 83, died at the Williams Bay Care Center on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012. Visitation at the Toynton Funeral Home in Walworth from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 11. Memorial service at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 22, at the United Church of Christ Congregational, Williams Bay. Memorials may be made to Barrett Memorial Library, the Williams Bay Rescue Squad or the American Heart Association.
