Carl E. Williams Jr., 89, Genoa City, died Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 25, 2012, at Williams Bay Care Center. Funeral services at 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 30, at the Haase-Lockwood and Associates Funeral Homes in Genoa City. Interment in Hillside Cemetery, Genoa City.
