Richard K. Jacobsen, 71, Pell Lake, died Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012, at the Geneva Lake Manor Nursing Home, Lake Geneva. Services at 1 p.m., Friday, Oct. 12, at the Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home, 2447 S. Des Plaines Ave., North Riverside, Ill., with Pastor Doug Zelden officiating. Visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the funeral home Friday. Burial at Forest Home Cemetery, Forest Park, Ill. Steinke Funeral Home, Lake Geneva, assisted the family with arrangements.
