Jeanette “Jean” Matousek, 91, Lake Geneva, formerly of Chicago, died Tuesday, Dec. 18, 2012, at her residence. Services at 1 p.m., Friday, Dec. 28, at the Bohemian National Cemetery, Chicago. Visitation from 12:30 p.m. to the time of services. The Steinke Funeral Home, Lake Geneva, assisted the family with arrangements.
