Age: 84
Lloyd L. Bank, 84, Bloomfield Township, died Friday morning, Jan. 18, 2013, at Kindred Nursing and Rehab Center in Burlington. Funeral services at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Slades Corners. Interment in St. John’s Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Haase-Lockwood and Associates Funeral Home in Twin Lakes and from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Memorial remembrances may be made to the Walworth County Meals on Wheels Program, in care of Haase-Lockwood and Associates Funeral Home, Box 310, Twin Lakes, WI, 53181.
