William J. Powers, 73, Genoa City (Nippersink), died Wednesday evening, Jan. 23, 2013, at the Aurora Lakeland Medical Center. A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, Jan. 27, from 1 to 3 p.m. with a Celebration of Life Service at 2:30 p.m. at the Haase-Lockwood and Associates Funeral Home in Twin Lakes.
