August 18, 2011A 51-year-old former East Troy man faces a felony charge after police allegedly intercepted a UPS package containing more than two pounds of marijuana that was set to be shipped to him.
Paul S. Neves, now of 324 Tyrrell Court Apt. 3, Delavan, has been charged with felony conspiracy to commit possession with intent to deliver marijuana. He also faces misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
If convicted of all three counts, Neves faces up to 13 years and 1 month imprisonment and $26,500 in fines. |

August 18, 2011ELKHORN — A Walworth County jury found a 26-year-old Twin Lakes man guilty Aug. 16 of armed robbery for his role in the hold up of the Delavan Dominos.
When Andrew Ballenger, 611 Rinky Ave., No. 10, is sentenced Oct. 19, he faces up to 40 years imprisonment and $100,000 in fines.
Online court records indicate two co-defendants also face felony charges in connection with the robbery. |

August 18, 2011A 50-year-old man who allegedly paid someone to break into a business to steal files, which he planned to use to blackmail the owner, faces numerous felony charges in Walworth County Circuit Court.
Richard A. Fores, of Milwaukee, faces felony charges of burglary, making threats to accuse someone of a crime and theft of movable property. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage to property.
If convicted of all counts, Fores faces up to 25 years imprisonment and $55,000 in fines. |
