Others just roll over to the bullys. The article stated an agreement was verbally made, and budgeted for by como. Then Storms changed his mind on costs, and como did not budget for it, they could not come to an agreement, so como moved on, by the way to a higher level of care at no cost unless used... Seems like a win win to me. Hopefully they can come to agreement on the fire coverage, or if not, they can respond via mutual aid with ELkhorn for free.
