DJM is correct. I own two Hotel Condos at Lake Lawn and Do pay property taxs on each unit.
this will only be a win/win solution to the area restaraunts and retail stores as well as for the unit owners. We are paying our Mtgs. without any income and we would really like to see LL open up before the golf course is in disrepair and unplayable till one or two years from an August purchase. As we all know the golf course is one of the major attractions that drives business to LL.
I wish the current investors all the success in their bid and if they sign a contract to their future sucess as well.
