HOW COULD THE TOWN OF LAKE GENEVA ALLOW A STATUE TO TAKE UP SQUARE FOOTAGE IN A FEDERALLY DESGINATED WETLAND, SUCH AS ALLOWING THIS STATUE IN DONIAN PARK? THE TOWN OF LAKE GENEVA DOES NOT HAVE JURISDICTION HERE! I GUESS WE CAN ALLOW ANYONE TO PUT STATUES IN EVERY FEDERAL FOREST PRESERVE NOW AND NATURE CAN JUST MOVE TO ANOTHER PLANET.
