Server law
April 17, 2011 | 07:58 PM

Asking a busy server to assess/determine the sobriety/intoxication level of EVERY legal aged customer while juggling many customers is like asking the police to make themselves available to escort each driver leaving the establishment, safely to their homes. Who really has the time? Why is one person's actions the responsibility of another? Even partially? Why can't we just be responsible for our OWN selves? Supposed to be an adult at 21.
Just sayin'.....!
