Tourists that ACTUALLY have money to spend. The ones that can afford to stay in our hotels, shop at our stores, eat at our restaurants, etc. Does that sound pretentious? Absolutely, but people who are "just browsing" don't pay the bills.

As for this skateboard/punk park, it's not the taxpayer's responsibility to give these kids something to do. Our taxes have supplied plenty of schools that provide numerous open spaces and ball fields. There are still yards that can be used for a variety of activities. If that isn't good enough, not our problem.

Maybe if these kids need "something to do" they could try something as novel as working....
