Avoidable

A worrible accident on GENEVA LAKE yet again, but if they were not strong swimmers, then they should have life jackets on. I have no problem not having a life jacket on only if you are a strong swimmer. And it IS NOT the dock attendants job to check for life vests, number of people in a boat exc.... In Linn they are only there to take money and keep the area clean. It is peoples own fault if they have too many people on board. In fact the dock attendants CAN NOT even help someone launch or dock a boat due to insurance issues. People need to take responsibility for themselves and not rely on other people do it for them!
