$29.99 ham dinner for the needy?

I find this Strange, since can get a nice 3 course one thru Boston Market for only $6 bucks!
So what's the other $24 for?

You really think one needs anything more than that for Free?
and would be just as happy with that kind of a Decent Meal instead?

When I was Just about Homeless , after getting out of the Army after Viet Nam yrs, I was thankfull to have a 3 course meal once a day.. even a Can of Beef Stew was Fine EOD as well..
