It's About Fairness

It makes a citizen feel that we are not living in a democracy when non-elected officials of Lake Geneva see fit to hide litigations against the city from not only the public but also from the elected officials of the city.
If former Alderman O'Neill had not the bravery to expose these city officials, we still wouldn't know about cases such as the Peller litigation.
This was a family farm which has been part of the community since the 1930's, and now these unelected officials are trying to take advantage.
Evidently two rulings have been made against the city but these same gentlemen still wish to carry on the fight against Peller using questionable funding.
What else are they keeping from us?
