He shot to kill, he did not shoot to protect himself. & i hope there is something to prove that this wasn't needed. john needed help, and thats what his mom called for. not for them to come out and kill her son. that's a load of crap. i'm johns close friend and to me, i think this officer needs to be in some kind of trouble and if he walks away scott free, then i hope he realises that he took an innocent DRUNK mans life.
