When I first saw the plans for this place, I knew they had a gold mine in the works. The re-use of local materials, many of truly historical proportions, makes this place absolutely exceptional. Any minor problems will certainly be corrected over time. It is not every day that a new place becomes a landmark the day it opens but Pier 290's creators did just that. Congrats to all who made it work.
