Free Star Party in Library Park

Celebrate the Autumnal Equinox with GLAS Education from 8:00-10:30PM on Friday, September 25th! During this free evening of astronomical observing, you'll be able to see Jupiter, Saturn, and other celestial objects through small telescopes, learn about the equinox, and safely explore activities related to astronomy and the night sky. Bring your best questions for our volunteers and scientists! This event will be held in Library/Elm Park: 900 block of Main Street (Hwy. 50) in Lake Geneva, WI.

ASL interpretation will be available. In light of the COVID-19 situation, all staff and volunteers will be equipped with proper transparent masks/face shields, and sanitation/social distancing procedures will be practiced to ensure safety for everyone.

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. No pets, please. Masks are recommended for attendees.

This event is free, but please pre-register through the GLAS website. You can also find a list of our Lake Geneva partners, to enjoy a discounted meal or hotel stay along with this event.
