The following individuals were either recently charged in Walworth County Circuit Court or recently made their initial court appearance.

  • Scott D. Bakker, 33, Twin Lakes, has been charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing a computer and refrigerator from a Walmart in Lake Geneva. If convicted, he faces up to three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Carlos A. Barrera, 47, Delavan, has been charged with attempted sexual assault of a child involving a 16-year-old girl in the town of Delavan. If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
  • Bobby A. Breutzmann, 30, Milwaukee, has been charged with recklessly endagering safety during a traffic stop in East Troy. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
  • Wayne E. Castenson, 55, Elkhorn, has been charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child and other sex crimes involving a 14-year-old boy in the town of Lafayette. If convicted, he faces up to 148 years and six months in prison and $410,000 in fines.
  • Rebecca Esparza, 38, Genoa City, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, she faces up to 25 years and one month in prison and $100,500 in fines.
  • Jaime V. Fonseca, 36, Walworth, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver THC and possession of drug paraphernalia in Walworth. If convicted, he faces up to three years and seven months in prison and $10,500 in fines.
  • Joshua Fredericksen, 38, Darien, has been charged with arson of a building and bail jumping involving a residence on Fremont Street. If convicted, he faces up to 46 years in prison and $110,000 in fines.
  • Jacqueline C. Gudino, 29, Delavan, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver THC, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia in Walworth. If convicted, she faces up to four years and one month in prison and $11,000 in fines.
  • Richard C. Helper, 23, Watertown, has been charged with operating a motor vehicle without the operator’s consent in Elkhorn. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • James L. Laban, 53, Delavan, has been charged with two counts of bail jumping for allegedly consuming alcohol in the town of Richmond in violation of a court order. If convicted, he faces up to 12 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
  • Nathan J. Ledger, 23, Delavan, has been charged with intimidation of a victim, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property and misdemeanor bail jumping for an alleged domestic violence incident. If convicted, he faces up to 11 years and nine months in prison and $46,000 in fines.
  • Danielle J. Mcbeath, 28, Milwaukee, has been charged with driving or operating a vehicle without the owner’s consent and misdemeanor bail jumping in the town of Delavan. If convicted, she faces up to four years and three months in prison and $20,000 in fines.
  • Andy H. Rodriguez, 38, Delavan, has been charged with possession of narcotic drugs allegedly involving heroin during a traffic stop. If convicted, he faces up to three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Samantha D. Rodriguez, 33, Mukwonago, has been charged with theft-business setting for allegedly stealing more than $10,00 from her employer in Whitewater. If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
  • Sierra Seefeldt, 17, Mukwonago, has been charged with battery to a law enforcement officer, battery to an emergency rescue worker and disorderly at a residence in East Troy. If convicted, she faces up to 12 years and three months in prison and $21,000 in fines.
