  • Ramon Cardoza Acosta, 31, Whitewater, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years and one month in prison and $50,500 in fines.
  • Phillip R. Alvidrez, 37, Burlington, has been charged with threat to a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct at a restaurant in Lake Geneva. If convicted, he faces up to six years and three months in prison and $11,000 in fines.
  • Madison A. Conley, 22, Elkhorn, has been charged with physical abuse of a child involving a 3-month-old baby with a broken leg. If convicted, she faces up to 15 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
  • Christian M. Ellifson, 26, Dousman, has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct in the town of Sugar Creek. If convicted, he faces up to four years and four months in prison and $12,500 in fines.
  • Amanda K. Engel, 29, East Troy, has been charged with operating while intoxicated-fourth offense and operating with a prohibited blood-alcohol content-fourth offense. If convicted, she faces up to 12 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
  • Hector K. Espino, 22, Whitewater, has been charged with bail jumping for allegedly violating a court order by being accused of another crime. If convicted, he faces up six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Kelly L. Follis, 54, Delavan, has been charged with operating while intoxicated-fifth offense in the city of Delavan. If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
  • Mateo Garcia, 26, Harvard, Illinois, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine outside a tavern in Whitewater. If convicted, he faces up to 15 years in prison and a $50,000 fine.
  • Brady J. Jamrozek, 20, Whitewater, has been charged with resisting an officer, obstructing police and disorderly conduct at a tavern in Whitewater. If convicted, he faces up to seven years in prison and $21,000 in fines.
  • Nicole Michelle Jennison, 27, Elkhorn, has been charged with injury by intoxicated use a vehicle in a traffic accident in the town Sugar Creek. If convicted, she faces up to 12 years and six months in prison and a $25,000 fine.
  • Charles Franklin Liles, 36, Elkhorn, has been charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop in the town of Lafayette. If convicted, he faces up to 13 years and seven months in prison and $35,500 in fines.
  • Haylie W. Loth, 22, Burlington, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, following an undercover police investigation in the town of Lyons. If convicted, she faces up to three years and seven months in prison and $10,500 in fines.
  • Katrina M. Lowry-Hare, 40, Darien, has been charged with possession of narcotic drugs, following a traffic crash in Lake Geneva. If convicted, she faces up to three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Jordan S. Martz, 19, Genoa City, has been charged with theft for allegedly taking more than $10,000 from a town of Geneva home he was house-sitting. If convicted, he faces up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000.
  • Carrie A. Severson, 49, East Troy, has been charged with battery to a law enforcement officer, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. If convicted, she faces up to seven years in prison and $21,000 in fines.
  • Joshua L. Washington, 30, Milwaukee, has been charged with bail jumping, possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia, following a traffic stop in the town of Lafayette. If convicted, he faces up to six years and seven months in prison and $11,500 in fines.
