Baker, 37, Lake Geneva, has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of waste from manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia at her apartment in Lake Geneva. If convicted, she faces up to 18 years and seven months in prison and $35,500 in fines.
  • Cory Joe Beaster, 38, Whitewater, has been charged with two counts of operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, take and drive vehicle without owner’s consent, and theft. If convicted, he faces up to 13 years and six months in prison and $50,000 in fines.
  • Mitchell L. Cesar, 33, Delavan, has been charged with physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct involving a 13-year-old girl in Delavan. If convicted, he faces up to three years and nine months in prison and $11,000 in fines.
  • Kevin J. Ciardo, 25, East Troy, has been charged with bail jumping and misdemeanor theft. If convicted, he faces up to six years and nine months in prison and $20,000 in fines.
  • Julia K. Cvicker, 19, Delavan, has been charged with two counts of bail jumping for allegedly getting arrested and having contact with an individual in violation of a court order. If convicted, she faces up to 12 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
  • Dylan S. Decesare, 19, Crystal Lake, Illinois, has been charged with two counts of identity theft for allegedly misusing another person’s credit card in Lake Geneva. If convicted, he faces up to 12 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
  • Fernando L. Diaz-Gallegos, 41, Delavan, has been charged with physical abuse of a child and disorderly conduct allegedly involving a teenage girl. If convicted, he faces up to three years and nine months in prison and $11,000 in fines.
  • Dennis M. Drakes, 32, Kenosha, has been charged with two counts of bail jumping for allegedly consuming alcohol and contacting an individual in Delavan in violation of a court order. If convicted, he faces up to 12 years in prison and $20,000 in fines.
  • Modesto J. Esparza, 41, Genoa City, has been charged with possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of a firearm by an out-of-state felon, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia at his residence. If convicted, he faces up to 41 years in prison and $135,000 in fines.
  • Melissa S. Frederick, 33, Genoa City, has been charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of narcotic drugs, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, she faces up to seven years and seven months in prison and $21,500 in fines.
  • Tammy K. Geneman, 43, Whitewater, has been charged with physical abuse of a child-intentionally causing harm at a residence in Whitewater. If convicted, she faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Joseph D. Gibson, 34, Lake Geneva, has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of waste from manufacturing methamphetamine at an apartment in Lake Geneva. If convicted, he faces up to 18 years and six months in prison and $35,000 in fines.
  • Tyler Jenkins, 42, Lake Geneva, has been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of waste from manufacturing methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia at his apartment in Lake Geneva. If convicted, he faces up to 18 years and seven months in prison and $35,500 in fines.
  • Rafael Vera Jurado, 59, Elkhorn, has been charged with making threats to a law enforcement officer during a traffic stop in Delavan. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Kenneth M. Kirby, 61, Dodgeville, has been charged with possession of narcotic drugs at a residence in the town of Delavan. If convicted, he faces up to three years and six months in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Gregory M. Knox, 41, East Troy, has been charged with operating while intoxicated-fourth offense, following a traffic stop in East Troy. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
  • Matthew J. Tuskey, 30, Delavan, has been charged with two counts of bail jumping for allegedly consuming alcohol and being arrested in Fontana in violation of a court order. If convicted, he faces up to 12 years and nine months in prison and $30,000 in fines.
