Keefe Real Estate’s Tracy Sallee has made the move from real estate agent to manager.
After 13 years as a licensed Wisconsin Realtor, Sallee will now focus on providing training and transaction support to Keefe’s sales associates as well as buyers and sellers of real estate.
“I’ve spent the past 13 years making people’s real estate dreams become reality,” she said. ‘”Now, I’m excited to take that to the next level by working with many talented agents to help them be successful at doing the same.”
In 2018, Keefe handled nearly 300 transaction sides and over $85 million in sales volume out of the two offices, which are located at 204 Commerce Court, Elkhorn, and 416 Bauer Pkwy., Delavan.
Chris DeVincentis, Keefe’s VP of Broker Operations, said both offices have been maintained for over 20 years.
“We are thrilled to be able to promote from within and watch Tracy grow in her career as a real estate professional,” said DeVincentis.
Sallee is known for her professionalism and developing long-lasting relationships with her clients.
While she has earned several professional awards — including Lake Area Realtor Association’s (LARA) Realtor of the Year in 2018 and Keefe’s Mentor of the Year in 2017 — Tracy maintains that her true reward is the success and satisfaction of her clients.
She is currently the acting secretary and treasurer for LARA, active in her local community and a supporter of Keefe’s own charity, Keefe Kares.
Sallee has a husband and daughters.
She enjoys time with her family and dogs, paddle-boarding on our local lakes and escaping with a good book.
