RACINE — The Racine community and the Racine Police Department have suffered another tragic loss with the death of Officer Jennifer Diener. She was a loving mother, wife and daughter.
Four generations gathered at a lake house in the Town of Norway on Aug. 21, 2017, for an eclipse viewing party.
